MAXIRIS 2000

 

The MAXIRIS 2000 barriers utilizes the MAXIBUS network administrator. The MAXIBUS is composed of a transponder module in each receiver column and a hub installed in an equipment room near the alarm control station.

The intrusion alert signals from the barriers are transmitted by the hub alarm switches directly to the alarm control station.

MAXIBUS can be connected to a computer for programming, diagnostics, and review of column records. It can be connected via modem to a telephone network or via an Ethernet network to remotely administrate operation of the infrared columns.

All operations can also be performed remotely.

The 8 input MAXIBUS Network card has 8 auxiliary inputs that receive and route alarm or other types of data directly to a MAXIBUS hub. It is therefore possible to connect to the network of infrared barriers others than the MAXIRIS 2000, or other sensors such as

Microwave barriers, PIR, Dopplers, etc.

 

This card can help provide a substantial reduction in the steps required for wiring in order to return alarm data coming from sensors outside of the MAXIBUS Network.

 

Tropicalized MAXIRIS 2000 Desert type or Seaside Versions

This barrier was specially conceived for tropical countries. It housing double stack (cf. MAXIRIS 2000 double stack) adapted to the warm countries. They are equipped with dust filters and with an additional thermostat-controlled heater integrated for protection against humidity and low temperatures (night).
MAXIRIS 2000 Desert type integrates a thermostat-controlled ventilation for protection against high temperatures (day) and sand filters. They are made with stainless steel fasteners
