Today it is announced that TRACE Ltd (company number 57555857) of the United Kingdom have merged with CassTel Technologies GmbH.

TRACE Ltd is a leading provider of International Security Consultancy Services, specialising in leading edge technology solutions.  TRACE was formed in 2005 and since then has provided services in many countries throughout the world.  They have a strong understanding of International business development having been involved with Governments through Africa and the Middle East.

The CEO of TRACE Ltd (John Lancaster, BEM) explained that this merger will enable both companies to rapidly expand their International portfolio using the exciting and innovative security solutions provided by CassTel Technologies combined with the International knowledge and consultancy skills of TRACE.

The merger of TRACE and CassTel Technologies GmbH will result in the formation of a new company called CassTel Global Limited, operating out of Manchester UK.  CassTel Global will become the sales and marketing arm of CassTel Technologies GmbH, promoting the leading edge solutions both in the UK and Internationally.

Cassidy Osuji the CEO of CassTel Technologies GmbH explained that the merger makes good sense.  John and I have worked extensively together in the roles of Supplier and Distributor for many years now, visiting many countries together and talking with governments about the benefits of our solutions.  The new partnership demonstrates both of our total commitment to conducting business in these areas that will ultimately benefit the country.  John and I are of a similar mindset and believe that for the business to be successful, you need to ensure that it really provides cost effective benefits that can be easily and quickly counted.
